About the Case Study Library

The Case Study Library is a resource for advocates to learn about real examples of technology affecting access to public benefits. Each case study includes information about the political context, the problems with the technology, how advocates strategized, and the status of the issue. Each case study also includes contact information for some of the advocates involved, and further readings or resources around the issue. These case studies will show you a range of public benefits technology problems and advocacy strategies.
